Liver Brownies

1 lb. Beef liver
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 cup flour
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 Tbs. Dry milk

Preheat oven to 350.
Process liver, garlic, and egg in food processor until smooth.
Pour into a large mixing bowl. Add flour, oats, cornmeal, and dry milk.
Stir until well mixed. Mixture will be like a thick batter.

Spoon onto a greased, foil-lined cookie sheet. Spread to evenly distribute in pan.Bake about 25 minutes, until pink is all gone.

Remove from oven and cut into small squares. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Makes about 130 3/4" squares when baked in a 10x14 cookie sheet enough to completely fill a 1 quart ziploc bag.

Add, subtract, or substitute as desired: garlic salt (1-3 Tbs.), garlic powder (1 Tbs.), cornmeal, oats, eggs, powdered milk, cottage cheese, grated cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, grated carrot or apple. Add a few tablespoons of water if mixture seems too thick.
